We bring Wi-Fi to places where mobile networks cannot reach. Since this year, our hotspot solution at all 328 Coop Pronto locations has made hassle-free payments via the TWINT mobile app possible. Previously, poor mobile network coverage in remote locations often made this difficult or even impossible. Thanks to the onway solution, Coop Pronto customers now enjoy exclusive Wi-Fi access specifically for TWINT payments.

Connecting to Wi-Fi is simple: just scan the provided QR code. The solution leverages the shops' existing internet connections. To ensure security, we have implemented a strict separation of data traffic: the data flow for TWINT payments is completely isolated from other data streams within the shop’s network. This guarantees that the Wi-Fi is fully independent from the shop's internal network.
