onway: along with onway – how long have you been on board?
I’ve been part of the onway team since January 2022.
What tasks does your role include?
I’m responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of all marketing activities at onway. My tasks are very diverse – from strategic marketing planning to campaign and trade fair organization, as well as managing relationships with partners and customers. Planning and executing social media activities and organizing internal and external events are also part of my daily work.
What do you particularly enjoy about your job?
I work very independently and freely – something I particularly appreciate. It motivates me to contribute ideas, take responsibility, and carry out projects on my own. I love organizing and staying in contact with people. My job brings all of these elements together, which makes it perfect for me.

onway: Which technologies and topics do you come across in your job?
At an IT company like onway, you naturally come into contact with many technologies – it’s part of the job. Fortunately, as I’m responsible for marketing, I don’t have to delve deeply into every technical detail. For my daily work, common tools from the Microsoft and Adobe suites are especially important – I use them to design, plan, and keep track of everything.
What professional expertise are you bringing to the table?
Above all, many years of practical experience. I’ve been working with our CEO Beat Stettler for almost 20 years – initially at the HSR University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil (now OST), where I was responsible for marketing at the Institute for Networked Systems. I now bring that experience and trust to onway.
What are your plans for the future, what do you definitely want to achieve with onway?
My goal is to spread the word about our brilliant onway solution even more – it definitely has the potential to make a real difference in many areas.
