Since May 2026, visitors to the Port of Romanshorn have benefited from high-performance guest Wi-Fi. With Ruckus access points and onway’s guest Wi-Fi solution, the modern infrastructure provides a secure, centrally managed and reliable Internet connection, even during periods of high usage in summer.
This summer, the Port of Romanshorn is offering more than just a beautiful lakeside destination – it's also keeping visitors connected. Since May 2026, guests have been able to enjoy high-performance public Wi-Fi. EKT successfully implemented the solution, providing reliable connectivity right on the shores of Lake Constance.
As EKT's technology partner, onway supported the project by supplying Ruckus access points and our guest Wi-Fi solution. The infrastructure delivers centrally managed, secure and scalable Internet access, even during peak visitor periods throughout the summer season.
At the Port of Romanshorn, it's not only the view that's first-class – now the Wi-Fi connection is too.
